We are Something Else in Dog Training!
If you are tired of rigid, formal classes and want your pet to be obedient
and have fun while you are training together then you have come to the right
place!
The Team
Update 02/10/08: We are currently booking places for the 28th Oct Puppy Course and 1 or 2 places have become available on 7th Octobers Beginners Course.
Update 07/08/08: Everything is working out really well and we are very happy with the changes that have been made recently -meaning that "our" Dog Club is at last taking shape and becoming the Club I always dreamed it would be! Happy Members as well as Happy Dogs is the key! Pams' picture has now been added to the Team of Trainers at the Club and the Team is working really well.

Update: 11/07/08 Our new Training methods/classes are going great! We have never before seeen such encouraging results and endeavour to keep these new methods going for the future. Pam has made us determined to carry on with a renewed enthusiasm and hope for the future of all dogs coming through Kellen DTC. Now we have even more to offer!
26/06/08 We have taken on a new Trainer and are working with her help to acheive new methods of training. Pam Haynes is a Behavioural Trainer and has earned a great reputation for her methods of training dogs with a combination of kindness and understanding of dogs and their body language/signals. We are intending to work together to make Kellen DTC Bigger and Better in 2008.

The bottom line is that we are open to all ages and breeds of dog, although
we do not cater at present for those with aggression problems within classes.
We are able however to recommend further options for such problems so if you
are aware that this is an issue for your dog then please speak to Michelle.
Our classes are held at
Hampson Park Hall, Webb Rise, Stevenage
Tuesday Evening
from 7.00pm to 9.00pm (1 puppy class, 1 Beginner)
and on a
Wednesday Evening
from 7.00pm to 9.00pm ( 1 Junior Class, 1 Advanced )
Puppy Classes are in operation now and will be held from 7.00-7.45pm on a Tuesday Evening.
We provide courses of 8 weeks duration and you will be presented with a Kellen DTC Certificate and Rosette at the end of your course.
Classes are fun and lively and your pup will be encouraged to socialise with other puppies and people in a relaxed and friendly environment with toys and equipment used to liven up your evening. Click on the link below to find out more.
Of course your dog may be older and all you want is to learn how to deal with a few problems that you are having trouble with and to advance onwards with your dog. We have 1 Beginner Class at 8.00pm on Tuesday for 1 hour and a further Junior Class at 7.00pm on a Weds. We also have an Advanced Class at 8.00pm on a Weds.
We are always available to help with information, get advice or just to help get your dog used to being around others.
